Soft adventure

View of the mountains from Kuelap

Peru is a mecca for adventure and active holidays. The Inca trail is the best known, along with several variants in the same Andean area around Machu Pucchu. These trips require fitness and a reasonable condition, but can definitely be done by people of all ages who will thoroughly enjoy the experience. They are not restricted to the domain of the hard adventurer! Of the trips below, Trekking Ausangate probably requires more preparation.
